Staff were amazing and outstanding!
Hotel was so incredibly beautiful and absolutely fabulous. They gave me small double room with a travel cot and great view, for example. Booked the property for its brilliant and awesome location near the restaurant, the gardens and square, and the pier, shops and lanes. Again, the hotel was set relatively close to West Pier. I greatly enjoyed attached restaurant.

The location was perfect at walking distance from shops, restaurants and beach. The room was big and clean.
Yes, breakfast was terrible. A paper back in front of your room with a juice, an apple and a croissant. No place to seat and no proper food. It would be better to say "no breakfast included".

The fact we had a great newly painted (by an artist) room, cute shower/toilet, nice staff, Jeffery especially as he helped with our luggage.
View from room 1 not great, could see Russell House (BUPA)

Excellent location in the heart of Brighton. Very comfortable room, esp. the bed. Quiet at night. Very young and up beat decor.
Breakfast was a cold pastry, cereal bar, apple and juice left at your door. I was expecting cereal toast and coffee, as advertised!. Teabags in the room were disgusting!

Friendly and helpful staff - they couldn't have done more to provide me with a gluten-free breakfast. The room was right at the top - quite a climb, but great views. It was a bit small - not much privacy from bathroom but decor was unique! Bed was fabulous. Location was perfect. I'd come back.
No phone in the room.

situated on a quiet place at the seafront; beautiful rooms - individually designed by different local and international artists; likeable and decent staff; breakfast "served" to rooms in paper bags

Relaxing experience there. Delightful and appetising food. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk available in the double room. Attentive and welcoming staff and management. Stunning and awesome location and excellent facilities. Located in a central area, opposite a tube station.

The breakfast was delicious and complimentary and offered variety of items. Sea view was worthy. I had truly memorable experience and would come here again.

The breakfasts were good, although the new breakfast room will be better than eating in your room. It was only minutes from the conference centre and the staff were super friendly
I think that people with restricted mobility need to know that there isn't a lift. The stairs to the top take a little getting used to.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the way the rooms were individually decorated
Thought the cold breakfast could be either contain more items or be more specific to the individual staying as most mornings I ended up leaving items as I didnt like them.
